In this class you will learn how to meditate using a dynamic meditation technique. This is not about clearing your mind, but rather setting your mind free to focus on the issues you are having. This is a foundation class to teach you about dynamic meditation and how to use this tool to go after the stress and anxiety in your life. One audio is the lecture part of the class and the second audio is the guided meditation. Both are around 30 minutes in length. The guided meditation is meant to listen to over and over going after the different stressors and issues in your life.
